I am aware that these files (in the C:\WINDOWS\Temp) folder are supposed to be there. There appears to be 16 of them per Storage Group, and they are refreshed each time the new dats are downloaded.<br />
My question... Has there been a change in the size or quantity of them recently? I have not noticed them previously consuming a lot of space, but they are currently consuming 3GB or more on my servers with 4 SG's. This is a fair chunk of real estate on an older server. <br />
First noticed the issue two days ago on one server but noticed it on 4 more servers yesterday. <br />
If it is a recent change, does anyone know if it is a temporary change/issue with a recent dat, or is it going to always consume this volume of space going forward?<br />

As I don't have an administrator password set on my system I think I just hit the space bar but in trying to log on it doesn't recognise anything as a password. Is there a master  password that I can enter to reset this problem short of having to totally reinstall the program. I have spoken to the agent here in Australia where I purchased the program and he has not been able to help, can anyone else help.<br />
