cannot Connect to Product server:normanasa.vo.llnwd.net
Hi Norman Support Team,
I m trying update Norman end point protection but its giving error : (17:15:25 niu.exe (0) ErrorEx: Cannot connect to product server: normanasa.vo.llnwd.net). I browse through norman support forum, they suggested to repair. I repaired twice and reinstalled Nepro. still getting the same err. Can u help on this please. Thanks in advance. |

This is probably a local problem at your side. It could be caused by a peronal firewall on your computer, or a hardware firewall in your network.

Some malware will block access to our update servers. If your PC is infected with such malware that might be the cause of this problem.
